Some of My Email has Disappeared

From time to you might notice that some, or all, of your emails have disappeared in the Mail app. This is due to the way the Mail app syncs to your email account. To fix this follow these steps:

1. Touch Settings and choose

2. Select the email account you are having problems with and in the new window touch "Mail days to Sync"

3. In the new window choose how far back you wish your iPad to keep your emails for

4. Touch on the email account icon in the top left corner to return to the previous screen and the touch "Done"
